Over the Christmas break I updated several key components on the heatevt.com website. This included the membership module and when I was through with the updates I realized that all of the active website memberships had reverted back to "Pending Approval". When I apporved the memberships the system automaticly sends out a welcome email similar to this:
Subjet line: heatevt.com - New User Details
"Welcome Your Name, Your application has been approved by our administration team. Your account with the following details: Email: Name: You Name Username: username has been activated. We welcome you to our online community and trust that together we will grow. Enjoy the experience! Kind Regards, Website Administration Team NOTE: This email was automatically generated from heatevt.com (https://heatevt.com)."
Sorry about any confusion this may have caused. I will be running the routines again on a test site to see if the same thing happens, if so I will turn it in as a bug report to the programmers.
