after many trails I have found a registration/membership module that has the features the organization was looking for and was at a reasonable price. All members, vendors, and associates are encouraged to register. This will give you access to Board Meeting minutes, the HEAT Bylaws, and article submission pages. All articles that are submitted will be reviewed for content and applicability. If you are a registered member of HEAT your membership information will be updated to list the membership type, and the current membership expiration date. If your organization buys a group membership then please mark that and include the organization name, IE: City of Lee's Summit, Sedgwick County Fleet Management, etc.
If you want to stay up-to-date with current articles that are posted on heatevt.com then find the RSS icon 
at the bottom of the home page and click on it. This will allow you to set the HEAT site up on your favorite web application and see the latest feeds.
